The rates are in Euros and are for 7 night stays, the normal weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday, however in some cases we are flexible.
Half weekly rentals; 3 days (inc weekend) or 4 days (not inc weekend) are charged at 60% of the weekly rental rate.
We take 30% of the rental fee 1 week after the booking form is received and the balance 1 month before the arrival date. These amounts are non refundable, please ensure that you travel insurance covers you in the event of cancellation.
Electricity and heating are metred and are charged extra (usually about 2 euro per person per day)
The refundable breakages deposit is for the amount of 1300 Euro. This can be paid with a credit card upon arrival.
Guests have the use of all the rooms listed on the interiors page plus the kitchen, plus, if needed, 2 additional garden rooms.
3 hrs cleaning 2 days a week is included in the price, extra cleaning is charged at 15 euro per hour

Transport: The local taxi company is Yellow Cabs, they can organise pick ups from the airports and sightseeing trips with minibus and driver

The owners live in a seperate apartment at the rear of the house, they have a seperate entrance and driveway. Depending on your needs, they can be on hand to help with any problems or they can be invisible.
