All the lamb served at Farran House house was born and reared on our own farm using enviormentally sustainable farming practices. Our sheep graze naturally on the wide range of native grass species growing in our unfertilised fields. In the winter this is only supplemented with hay produced from those same fields. Even our farm buildings are made with timber from our woods and reclaimed building materials.
Our lamb can be enjoyed with the knowledge that these are well treated animals that have not harmed the enviornment in any way and they were born a stones throw away from the table
