The Garden Rooms and the Coachman's Rooms are only available as additional accommodation for Main House rentals, we do not rent them separately.
The rates are in Euros and are for 7 night stays, the normal weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday, however in some cases we are flexible.
Minimum rental: 3 nights, please enquire for price. Not available in high season.
We take 30% of the rental fee 1 week after the booking form is received and the balance 1 month before the arrival date. These amounts are non refundable, please ensure that your travel insurance covers you in the event of cancellation.
Heating and electricity are included in the price. However they are metered and we reserve the right to charge extra in a case of extreme use.
The refundable breakages deposit is for the amount of 900 Euro. This can be paid with a credit card upon arrival.
3 hrs mid-week cleaning is included in the price (for 1 week bookings), extra cleaning is charged at 15 euro per hour.
Catering can also be arranged.
No pets allowed.
The owners live in a separate apartment at the rear of the house, they have a separate entrance and driveway. Depending on your needs, they can be on hand to help with any problems or they can be invisible.
Important Note: Farran House is not a party venue. The house is for the use of the residents only.
